Frequently Asked Questions

  • We predominantly work with limited companies and LLPs. Pricing is based on volume and complexity, not entity type.

  • Most clients are fully onboarded within 5–10 working days, including software setup, bank feeds, transfer of previous records, and compliance checks.

  • All plans are monthly with no long-term lock-in. We simply ask for 30 days’ notice to offboard and transfer records cleanly.

  • We are ICO registered and operate a GDPR-compliant data management policy using encrypted cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, Xero). No client data is stored locally.

  • We standardise on QuickBooks Online, Xero or Sage, including document capture, GoCardless for payments, and QuickBooks Payroll or Xero Payroll for payroll.
